Central Blu House consists of two cozy and bright apartments, adjacent to each other but with separate and independent entrances, ideal for comfort and privacy.

The larger apartment, Big Blu House, has a spacious and well-organized floor area of ​​75 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.

The smaller apartment, Little Blu House, has a comfortable and functional floor area of ​​55 m² and can accommodate 5 guests, ideal for practical and relaxing stays.

The apartments were completely, carefully, and recently renovated in 2019 from top to bottom, with attention to detail.

Convenient and free parking is available outside the buildings.

Pets are permitted only with the agency’s written consent. Unauthorized guests will be charged additional cleaning and sanitization costs, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
