the house is located in Gallipoli, a stone’s throw from the sea from the wonderful beaches of Baia Verde and the center is within walking distance

A few meters away we find the Blue café, one of the most renowned bars in the city, a stone’s throw from the Topkapi pizzeria, supermarkets, tobacconists, etc.

the house consists of two huge double bedrooms, one of which with a bathrooom , an equipped and habitable kitchen, a living room with two single beds and a second bathroom, and a huge balcony.

It is equipped with TV, air conditioning, oven, washing machine, dishes.

Street parking is free.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
